Keeping No Rain/Snow situation in View, KPDCL to Curtail Power By 2 to 2.5 Hours :

The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) said it will temporarily increase power curtailment by 2 to 2.5 hours in view of drastic reduction in power generation amidst the prolonged spell in the Valley. The KPDCL however, said that it will revert back to previous curtailment once the sufficient power is restored.

KPDCL on its microblogging site, X (formerly Twitter) said, “This is for the information of the general public that due to a drastic reduction in power generation resulting in reduced availability of power, KPDCL shall be forced to temporarily increase the curtailment by 2 to 2.5 hours across Kashmir Valley during peak hours.”
