Another Property Worth Lakhs Belonging to Bashir Ah Attached in Kulgam :
A property of 4th drug peddler has been attached this month so far in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district, police said.
A police spokesperson said that a double storied residential house and cowshed, measuring 1291.48 Sq. Ft valuing Rs 25,62,425 and 1139.5 Sq.Ft valuing Rs 6,78,803 respectively belonging to a notorious drug peddler Bashir Ahmad Khanday Son of Mohammad Sultan Khanday, a resident of Nippora was attached under section 68-F(2) of NDPS Act 1985.
“The property was identified as illegally acquired property during the course of investigation/enquiry conducted by Kulgam police. The property was prima facie acquired from illicit trafficking in narcotic drug and psychotropic substances by the owner,” the police spokesperson said.
