Jammu, November 27: The Directorate of School Education in Jammu and Kashmir has taken decisive action against the In-Charge Headmaster of Government High School Chak Jaffar, Jammu. Ms. Vandana Sharma has been suspended pending an official inquiry into her conduct.

The suspension, ordered under Rule 31 of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1956, was formalized through an official directive issued today. During her suspension, Ms. Sharma will be attached to the office of the Chief Education Officer (CEO), Jammu, until further notice.

The action was reportedly initiated following a formal communication from the Chief Education Officer, Jammu, dated November 27.
