South Kashmir Youth Killed, Brother Injured in Punjab Road Accident
Srinagar: In a tragic incident, a youth from South Kashmir lost his life while his brother sustained critical injuries in a road accident in the Damtal area of Punjab late last evening.
The accident occurred around 10 PM when a vehicle struck the two brothers, resulting in severe injuries. They were immediately taken to a nearby hospital, where Sharafat Ahmad Khan was declared dead, while his brother, Rifakat Ahmad Khan, is under treatment.
The victims are residents of Brariangan Shangus in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the incident.
