“Bodies of Two Shepherds Found in Kishtwar; Suspected Militancy Link”
On November 7, 2024, the bodies of two shepherds, identified as Nazir Ahmed and Kuldeep Kumar, were discovered in the Munzla Dhar (Adhwari) area within the Kuntwara region of Kishtwar district, Jammu and Kashmir. Both men were shepherds and served as Village Defense Guards, a local defense initiative aimed at supporting community security.
