Body Of PHE Department Employee Found in River Jhelum, Baramulla Police Launch Probe

Srinagar, Oct 27: The body of a man was discovered floating in the River Jhelum near the cement bridge in Baramulla district on Sunday, sparking an investigation by local authorities. The deceased has been identified as Abdul Hameed Saraf, son of Ghulam Mustafa Saraf, a resident of Tawheed Gunj in Baramulla’s old town and an employee of the Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department.
