Srinagar, Oct 27 (QNS): A grim discovery in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district has prompted a police investigation after a body was found floating in the River Jhelum near the cement bridge on Sunday.
Local residents spotted the body and immediately contacted authorities, QNS has learned. The identity of the deceased remains unknown as police work to uncover the circumstances of the death.
Authorities are encouraging anyone with relevant information to come forward.
