Encounter breaks Out In Kathua Village
Srinagar, July 8(GNS): An encounter broke out between militants and security forces in Machhedi area of Kathua district on Monday.Official sources told GNS that a joint team of police and security forces came under fire during searches in Machhedi area, which the forces retaliated triggering off a gunfight.
Meanwhile, more reinforcement has been sent to the encounter spot, they said. More details to follow.(GNS)
