A defence statement issued to press reads that the momentous achievement not only brings immense pride to the Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh Directorate and the 1st JK Naval Unit but also spotlights the Government College for Women (GCW), Gandhinagar, Jammu, where Ultaf is pursuing her BA English (Honours).
