Over 23.27 crore vaccine doses administered in the country so far
Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan has said, over 23 crore doses have been administered to the beneficiaries under the nationwide Covid vaccination drive. He said, a total of 28 labs across the country are engaged in the genome sequencing of coronavirus.
Vaccine is one of the most powerful weapons in the fight against the corona virus disease. The liberalised and accelerated phase-3 strategy of Covid-19 vaccination drive has already been started in the country. The Union Government is continuously providing vaccines to the States and Union Territories so that a large number of people can be vaccinated.
