Hajin Residents Suffer Due to Patwari’s Absence
Bandipora, Jan 24:- The people of Hajin area suffer in absence of Patwari from their duty in Hajin Tehsil office of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
Locals alleged that the illegal absence of patwari from their duties forces them to suffer and visit several times for little bit works.
Speaking with the media Shabir Ahmad a resident of Hakbara village said that he visited around 10 am in the morning and after waiting till 1 o’clock now he lifts without any benefit.
He also said that people have to visit the office around four times from his seal and signature. The illegal absence of Patwari in Hajin tehsil forces them to suffer.
“We have been waiting in a long queue since morning. I belong to a poor community. I left my labor for this document work. I can not afford to come the second day as I am the bread earner for my family,” another local resident Shafeeq Ahmad said.
Local authorities appealed to authorities to take strict action against the employee who was found absent from their duties.
Meanwhile Tehsildar Hajin Mushtaq Ahmad, on phone call with the said media person, said that he may have a field visit to the area.
“Will also look into the matter and if anybody found illegally absent action will be taken against him,” he added.
